I wanted to reach out and let you know what a great job that Tim performed at our home this week. We have been having trouble with the air conditioning and Tim took the time and thoroughly diagnosed the problem! Parts needed to be ordered and when he came back to make the repair he had everything he needed and did a great job! My name is Pat C and I just wanted to drop you guys a quick email to say thank you. Your company, specifically Tim, worked on my heating unit last week and this past Monday. Without going into all the details, we had two other people come out before you guys to “work on our heating unit”. Basically, the result was they were not able to finish what they started for a variety of reasons and there were problems with the work they did complete. Tim was great! He showed up when he said he would, he provided excellent service, corrected the previous mistakes, and completed the job with no issues. Unfortunately for me, due to some of the mistakes that were made and the delays that occurred before contacting your company, this process ended up costing me much more than it should have to repair everything. With that said, should I have any future issues I will be sure to call you guys first. Again, thanks for everything. Also, please extend my thanks to Tim…like I said he was great throughout this whole ordeal.
Great job and great people. I needed a new furnace and everyone that I spoke to showed great concern and care. They were fast and efficient in getting the furnace and replacing the old one.

Just a note to thank you for your prompt attention to our furnace repair. Roger arrived within and hour of our call, as promised and he was polite, friendly and informative throughout. When he could not supply from his stock the part our furnace needed, he phoned a supplier and promised to be back the first thing the next day (today) with the part. He kept his word, showing up shortly after 7:30 and made quick work of the installation.
Good to know we can count on EC&S in an emergency. We will be happy to recommend your firm to friends and family.

Dave, I just wanted to pass along a compliment. I know that sometimes you probably only seem to hear the bad things from people when they would call you. I wanted to say what nice, conscientious person Sean was on Monday. He really worked hard and was so polite and careful with everything. Thanks for having him come over on Monday. It was nice to get the water heater replaced and get a hot shower.

Dave, please convey my thanks and appreciation to Tim for his diligence in completing the repairs to our two rooftop units on Building # 14. I know it was really tough on that roof because of the heat but he stayed and completed the job. We really like having him working at our buildings and his work is very good! He is very customer oriented.
